Requirements

• CIS HypZert (S), MRICS, or an equivalent real estate valuer qualification.
• Deep understanding of real estate market specifics, legal regulations, and valuation standards.
• Ability to perform professional real estate evaluations promptly and accurately.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to summarize complex information.
• Higher education degree.
• Fluency in both English and German.
