What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, and security-related risks.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain the corporate risk register.
• Collaborate with risk owners to implement effective treatment and control measures.
• Manage group-wide insurance portfolios and adapt coverage to operational needs.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), compliance, or audit.
• Proven expertise in ISO 31000 and KonTraG frameworks.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex risks into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work on-site or hybrid in Gilching, Germany.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CRMA or PMI-RMP.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing industries.
