What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance monitoring for Germany and the Netherlands, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Lead Budget 2027 and forecast cycles, structuring assumptions and aligning market teams.
• Partner with country managers to translate market vision into financial frameworks for both mature and emerging markets.
• Support the transition to full banking services by enriching financial indicators and regulatory requirements.
• Build AI-powered FP&A workflows, including autonomous agents for dashboards and anomaly detection.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end FP&A ownership, including forecasting, modeling, and budget cycles.
• Experience as a confident partner to senior stakeholders (Country Manager or VP level).
• Professional background in a fast-scaling Fintech or SaaS environment.
• Ability to provide direct and honest feedback across all levels of the organization.
• Active use of AI in current workflows to streamline recurring analysis and reporting.
