What you will do

• Prepare and submit VAT, corporate income tax, and trade tax returns on time.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation and support payroll tax matters in coordination with the People team.
• Develop and maintain the Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS) and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Legal teams during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Support the tax assessment and structuring of new entities and branches during European expansion.
• Coordinate with local tax advisers in various countries to ensure correct group integration.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in tax advisory, corporate tax department, or audit.
• Solid knowledge of German tax law (AO, EStG, KStG, UStG) and basic understanding of transfer pricing.
• Proven experience preparing tax returns and dealing with tax authorities.
• Fluent German and very good English communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite.
• Interest in brokerage, trading, and wealth management.
