What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end patient journey, including receiving referrals, screening, and chart creation.
• Coordinate scheduling for initial appointments, follow-ups, depositions, and MRI reviews.
• Liaise between attorneys, case managers, and medical staff to facilitate procedure scheduling.
• Handle comprehensive order management, including MRI orders, scripts, and service requests.
• Maintain data accuracy using Tebra alerts, JotForms, and internal spreadsheets.
• Provide Spanish translation support and communicate billing and lien-related matters.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English and Spanish for translation support.
• 2+ years of experience working with law firms and EHR systems/scheduling.
• 5+ years of general office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to handle 2–3 simultaneous phone calls.
• Available to work Mon-Fri in PST timezone.
