What you will do

• Support billing procedures, invoice requests, and credit collection activities.
• Manage local operational expenses (OPEX) and accrual control.
• Oversee Spanish office management, including supplier and IT coordination.
• Support local HR processes, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing and event logistics for client meetings and internal staff events.
• Contribute to the company's sustainability strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in finance or facility/office management.
• Spanish: Native level required.
• English: B2 or C1 level required.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
