Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)
Salary: $75,000 – $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and supervise junior strategists in developing comprehensive customer journeys and identifying marketing opportunities.
- Structure research designs and guide the team through methodologies, analysis, and insight generation.
- Partner with Medical Strategy to develop positioning statements, mechanisms of action, and points of differentiation.
- Lead positioning workshops with clients to build consensus and communicate complex strategic information.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop background briefing documents and strategic direction for creative development.
- Lead background research and story arc development for new business pitches.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in market research and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing research projects from ideation to execution.
- Expertise in developing customer journeys, pain point identification, and creative briefs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- HCP and DTC marketing agency experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.
