TL;DR

Location: Hybrid — Redwood City, California, United States (Bay Area candidates preferred)

Salary: $165,000–$200,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior leadership teams to align execution with business goals.
  • Guide prospective and new customers through the platform launch process to define and achieve measurable value.
  • Develop scalable, data-driven operating models and high-impact enablement for large enterprises.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Create executive-level presentations and graphical representations of complex strategic concepts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience.
  • Background in strategy or management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, PwC, Accenture, Deloitte).
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level implementation or consulting engagements.
  • Must be based in the Bay Area, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
