What you will do

• Own the end-to-end provider care model to ensure world-class patient health outcomes.
• Lead the clinical buildout of new care offerings, including protocols, SOPs, and onboarding for medical and therapy providers.
• Drive clinical integration across provider types to create a coherent, seamless patient experience.
• Partner with medical leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Product teams to define clinical tooling and provider experience.
• Manage and develop senior team members focused on care model design and outcomes.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve clinical care models and attach rates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, with deep expertise in clinical operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proven experience working directly with clinicians and building clinical workflows.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing senior, high-performing teams.
• Ability to act as a player-coach, balancing hands-on 0→1 building with strategic development.
• First-principles thinker capable of making high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments.
