What you will do

• Develop and evolve lifecycle marketing strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back programs.
• Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to identify insights that improve conversion and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Analytics, and Data Science teams to optimize journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Lead A/B testing and audience experimentation to refine messaging and promotional effectiveness.
• Monitor and communicate lifecycle performance against key business metrics and OKRs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing.
• Professional background in entertainment, media, streaming, or ecommerce industries.
• Strong analytical capabilities using customer data and experimentation frameworks.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of connected TV, digital entertainment, or transactional video businesses.
