Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $124,000–$155,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a WebOps platform that enables developers and marketers to create, iterate, and scale WordPress and Drupal websites in the cloud.

What you will do

  • Design and execute outbound experiments to isolate ICP and messaging variables.
  • Manage outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and video channels.
  • Synthesize response data and sales call themes into actionable positioning updates.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging based on field signal.
  • Develop outreach sequences, talk tracks, and enablement materials for the sales team.
  • Own the outreach toolstack and define reporting metrics for experiment learnings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand gen, outbound, or sales-adjacent roles.
  • Proven ability to design experiments and draw conclusions from imperfect data.
  • Strong instincts for outbound sequences, hooks, and personalization.
  • Experience with sequencing tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
  • Collaborative mindset for working closely with PMM, AEs, and founders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a company in the early growth stages (Series A/B).
  • Familiarity with ABM approaches and account-level signal tracking.
  • Background spanning both PMM and demand generation.
