What you will do
- Own CRM execution for Consumer Lending (SNPL) and new products using Customer.io to drive adoption and repeat usage.
- Design and deploy automated lifecycle journeys and cross-product adoption flows to convert remittance users into broader Félix users.
- Develop high-quality user segments in collaboration with the Data team to identify high-propensity and eligible users.
- Lead end-to-end QA for all communications, ensuring zero-error deployment across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push notifications.
- Convert product goals into structured A/B tests and lifecycle experiments using holdout groups to measure true incrementality.
- Monitor live journeys and analyze performance through CPiU and product-specific KPIs to optimize funnel efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Deep technical knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Customer.io, including trigger logic and Liquid personalization.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, holdout groups, and measuring incremental behavior.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Design, and Copywriting teams.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to interpret data and work with BigQuery-backed audience segments.
- Advanced English level.

- Hands-on experience with multi-channel execution across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messages.
