Salary: $98,000–$132,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic retention campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging.
  • Design and continuously optimize customer onboarding flows to accelerate adoption.
  • Manage a comprehensive seasonal campaign calendar to drive incremental orders.
  • Analyze data from dashboards and customer insights to improve conversion rates and touchpoints.
  • Utilize segmentation techniques to personalize marketing communications.
  • Partner with the growth acquisition team to enhance retention via paid media.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience focused on customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Proven background in B2B2C/B2C e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Experience executing multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies and onboarding programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions from complex data sources.
  • Authorized to work in the US; the company does not sponsor work visas.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events.
