What you will do

  • Manage external payroll providers and maintain internal HRIS systems with accurate employee data.
  • Own the delivery of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
  • Lead benefits orientation and serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits queries and resolutions.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with local Colombia labor laws, regulations, and filing requirements to minimize company risk.
  • Develop and execute benefits and wellness campaigns to increase utilization and support open enrollment.
  • Support mobility requests and various talent projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Must be based in Colombia to ensure compliance with local employee law.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with an empathetic tone and professional approach.
  • Exceptional time management, organization skills, and extreme attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in shaping and implementing AI within internal business or HR processes.
