Location: Remote (Work from anywhere), with optional office access in Warsaw and Kyiv

What you will do

  • Audit and standardize HR processes to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure scalability.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, including documentation and access management.
  • Administer and optimize the PeopleForce HRIS, configuring automations, workflows, and triggers.
  • Coordinate the probation process by launching check-ins and preparing analytics.
  • Develop and maintain the HR Knowledge Base, SOPs, and operational templates.
  • Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, and benefits to drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations within product or tech companies.
  • Hands-on experience administering an HRIS (e.g., PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob).
  • Proven track record of managing full onboarding and offboarding cycles.
  • Experience creating SOPs and operational process documentation.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
