What you will do

• Own recruiting coordination, including scheduling, work trial logistics, and offer management.
• Maintain and configure the recruiting tech stack, specifically the Ashby ATS.
• Design and execute a scalable, thoughtful onboarding journey for all new hires.
• Manage people systems and data accuracy across HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline People Operations.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle events such as transfers and location changes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or people operations at a fast-moving tech company.
• Must be based in North America with timezone alignment to EST or CST.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Ashby preferred) and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume roles and competing priorities.
• Strong interest in using AI and modern tooling to improve operational efficiency.
• High ownership mentality with a focus on fixing broken processes.
