What you will do

  • Leverage HRIS systems like Workday for transactions and employee support.
  • Handle inquiries on benefits, compensation, policies, relocation, payroll, mobility, immigration, and HR systems.
  • Administer and communicate core HR processes while partnering with People functions and HRBPs.
  • Mentor employees and managers on HR policies and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Participate in system testing, process documentation, and rollout of new HR programs.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Minimum 3 years experience running HR processes in Americas, coordinating operations, projects, and employee queries
  • Effective multitasking, collaboration, prioritization, and detail orientation
  • Understanding of HR ecosystem (payroll, compensation, benefits, legal)
  • Curiosity, growth mindset, proactivity in employee service and process improvements

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Canada and US HR processes
  • Workday HCM experience
  • Tableau for dashboards and reports
  • Strong analytical skills for data insights
