Location: Aix-en-Provence, France (Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week)

What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of boutique properties, resorts, and luxury brands across the South Mediterranean Basin.
- Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Pitch and onboard new hotel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for hoteliers.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the South Mediterranean hospitality landscape.
- Travel regularly to meet partners on the ground and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements
- English: C1+ (Native or fluent) required for partner relationship management.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, or OTA.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in dealing with suppliers.
- Deep market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry.
- Location: Must be based in Aix-en-Provence, France to support the hybrid work model.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.
