Business Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify appropriate site locations and negotiate terms with retailers and property managers.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential high-traffic locations.
• Meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative growth targets set by management.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with site owners throughout the contract lifetime.
• Collaborate with Operations and external subcontractors on installation and deployment project planning.
• Perform frequent field visits to monitor and ensure quality of sites.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an outbound or field sales role.
• Based in Munich, Hamburg, London, or Valencia.
• Legal working rights in the European Union.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the target city (C1 level).
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive growth targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
