What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with publishers, platforms, and IP holders.
• Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
• Drive pitching efforts and present projects with clarity and conviction.
• Collaborate closely with production, creative, and leadership teams.
• Represent the studio at worldwide trade shows.
• Depending on experience, lead negotiations, deal structuring, and long-term studio positioning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in game industry business development.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Villeurbanne/Lyon, France.
• Deep understanding or curiosity about how games are made.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate both creative conversations and business constraints.
