What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and production handoff.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into usable design solutions in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and component library to ensure organizational consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate qualitative and quantitative research into iterative improvements.
• Design inclusive and accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.2 standards.
• Utilize modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product or UX design with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex software.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven expertise in designing and maintaining scalable design systems or component libraries.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and openness to AI-assisted design workflows.
• Experience incorporating user research and product analytics into the design process.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS or enterprise platform products.
• Familiarity with LLM-based workflows or AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
