What you will do

• Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to shape the product direction and strategy.
• Own the design process end-to-end, from initial exploration and prototyping to final production.
• Design scalable, intuitive experiences across the customer journey, including complex AI-powered features.
• Contribute to and advance the design systems, patterns, and overall quality bar.
• Advocate for simplicity and usability as products evolve from concepts to reality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong visual and product design fundamentals with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers, prototyping in code, and submitting pull requests.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment.
• Confidence in designing with emerging technologies, including AI.
