Salary: 124,000 CAD - 155,000 CAD / year (Toronto hub)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from user flows to final handoff.
• Conduct user research and discovery to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver high-value features.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of UX/UI methodologies.
• Experience working on enterprise or vertical SaaS products.
• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada (U.S. applicants must reside in registered states).
• Ability to travel up to six times per year for team meetings and customer visits.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance design workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with commercial trades like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
• Experience with Dovetail and Jira.
