What you will do

• Shape product direction through close partnership with engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Own design work end-to-end, from early exploration and prototyping to final production.
• Design scalable experiences across the customer journey, including complex AI-powered features.
• Advance design systems, patterns, and quality standards across the platform.
• Advocate for clarity, simplicity, and usability throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 7+ years of product design experience with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong product and visual design fundamentals with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers, including prototyping in code and submitting PRs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience or strong interest in designing with new technologies, including AI.
