Location: Must be based in the Americas (Remote)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end design of a product area, encompassing strategy, user flows, and shipped quality.
  • Create complex B2B flows with a focus on self-service onboarding, activation, and recovery paths.
  • Bridge the gap between design and implementation by pairing with engineering and contributing directly in code.
  • Extend and maintain the Pluma design system, proposing new patterns and fixing inconsistencies.
  • Develop and prototype AI-driven interaction models, accounting for latency and uncertainty.
  • Collaborate with PMs and Engineering on the product roadmap and technical tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
  • Must be based in the Americas.
  • Proven experience with B2B SaaS and complex, data-driven interfaces.
  • Code fluency and the ability to contribute directly to UI fixes and prototypes.
  • Experience designing and shipping AI-involved interfaces.
  • Strong flow literacy and expertise in extending professional design systems.
