TL;DR
Product Designer (AI/Enterprise Security): Designing intuitive interfaces for enterprise security and intelligence products with an accent on AI-native and agentic interaction models. Focus on translating complex data-dense workflows into production-ready interfaces and contributing to a scalable shared design system.
Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote with occasional in-person requirements at company or customer facilities in McLean, Austin, Bremerton, or New York)
Salary: $99,000 – $225,000 per year

What you will do
- Design intuitive, data-dense interfaces for high-stakes security and analyst workflows.
- Develop AI-native interaction patterns, including conversational UX and multi-step assisted flows.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Write front-end code to accelerate prototyping and improve design-engineering collaboration.
- Govern and contribute to a shared design system, including token architecture and visual standards.
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
- Experience shipping commercial web-based enterprise or data-dense applications.
- Proficiency with Figma, including components, auto layout, and variables.
- Ability to read and write front-end code to support prototyping.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or Section 508).
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM-powered features and agentic UX patterns.
- Expertise in design tokens (JSON) and mapping them to front-end implementation.
- Background in designing security, intelligence, or government-adjacent software.
- Experience with complex data visualization and graph-based interfaces.
- Ability to operate at a startup pace with high ownership and pragmatic decision-making.
