What you will do

• Lead the visual redesign of the DSPM platform to create a modern, minimalistic, and polished high-tech look and feel.
• Establish a coherent design system including tokens, components, and interaction patterns for data-heavy interfaces.
• Redesign analytics components such as charts, tables, and gauges to improve information architecture and scannability.
• Design multi-step security operation workflows for threat detection and risk assessment using AI-assisted tools.
• Partner closely with frontend engineers from early requirements through to QA and final release sign-off.
• Conduct regular UX reviews based on Nielsen's heuristics to identify and prioritize usability improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise desktop software products.
• Strong portfolio featuring data visualization, component libraries, and high-quality visual design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience owning or contributing to design systems.
• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability heuristics.

Nice to have

• Experience in Enterprise security or B2B product design.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience designing for technical power users.
• Deep product mindset with a focus on end-to-end system thinking.
