Salary: Base $79,000 – $131,500 + target sales commissions

What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
- Generate and qualify Mid-Market sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Manage the sales process to closure while driving high renewal rates and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Renewals team to reduce churn risk and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Partner with the Channel Sales team and partner community to build pipeline through indirect engagements.
- Align solutions to customer pain points and desired outcomes through discovery and value presentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role working with end users or channel partners.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of mid-market business sales cycles and buyer personas.
- Exceptional skills in opportunity discovery, deal qualification, and negotiation.
- Must be located in the Miami/Fort-Lauderdale market.
- Solid technical acumen; cybersecurity knowledge is a strong advantage.
