Location: Hybrid, Must be based in the Miami/Fort-Lauderdale market

Salary: Base $79,000 – $131,500 + target sales commissions

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
  • Generate and qualify Mid-Market sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Manage the sales process to closure while driving high renewal rates and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Renewals team to reduce churn risk and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with the Channel Sales team and partner community to build pipeline through indirect engagements.
  • Align hirify.global solutions to customer pain points and desired outcomes through discovery and value presentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role working with end users or channel partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market business sales cycles and buyer personas.
  • Exceptional skills in opportunity discovery, deal qualification, and negotiation.
  • Must be located in the Miami/Fort-Lauderdale market.
  • Solid technical acumen; cybersecurity knowledge is a strong advantage.
