Salary: $134,700 - $195,300 USD + bonus and equity

What you will do
- Drive ABR toward 95%+ across a portfolio of complex commercial and enterprise accounts.
- Own strategic relationships with economic buyers and security leaders, including CISOs and CFOs.
- Lead outcome-focused business reviews and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
- Orchestrate internal technical resources (TAM, SSE, SOC, Product) to resolve customer needs efficiently.
- Manage executive communication during security incidents, coordinating technical responses.
- Mentor and coach junior CSMs on renewal conversations and executive engagement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry (operations, consulting, GRC, or incident response).
- Proven track record of driving retention and account growth for complex customers.
- Strong executive presence and consultative instincts for C-level communication.
- Deep knowledge of security domains: MDR, EDR, SIEM, NDR, and cloud frameworks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
