What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for enterprise customers to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing value realization.
  • Drive product utilization by aligning capabilities with customer goals and conducting strategic reviews to demonstrate ROI.
  • Own the renewal process by proactively monitoring customer health metrics and mitigating churn risks.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally, collaborating with Product, Support, and Sales teams to influence the product roadmap.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts and partner with Account Managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Success with a track record in driving adoption and retention.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, ChurnZero, or similar Customer Success platforms.
  • Strong grasp of Customer Success frameworks, lifecycle management, and subscription renewal processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills for navigating high-stakes conversations with stakeholders.
  • Ability to dive deep into technical product details.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency in Korean.
