Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria (flexible working hours and home office available)

Salary: EUR 18,080 - 22,260 yearly

What you will do

  • Own and expand a portfolio of client accounts to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop customized, high-impact commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with customer service, legal, finance, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance and maintain accurate pipeline reporting for forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or client management, preferably in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
  • Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • Solid experience in selling services and solutions with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency with CRM and platform solutions.
