What you will do

• Contact potential customers by phone, email, and chat to present iGaming products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing while closing sales and meeting targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals.
• Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent German in written and spoken communication.
• Previous sales or comparable customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
