What you will do

• Lead direct and indirect sales activities to maximize market share and profitability across the Balkans.
• Design and execute local business plans ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Marketing Sales Representatives in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia.
• Personally manage strategic relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
• Oversee financial performance, including budget management and the implementation of competitive pricing strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• Agronomy background with a degree in business administration or an advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record in strategic business development.
• Strong capabilities in team building, coaching, and performance enhancement.
• Deep knowledge of agricultural product markets and complex distribution networks.
