TL;DR

Location: Must be based in St. John's or Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: at least 3 days a week in office)

hirify.global is a global financial technology company specializing in financial crime compliance through its Verafin division.

What you will do

  • Conduct daily proactive calls to identify new sales opportunities for hirify.global Verafin.
  • Act as the primary contact for prospects to qualify leads and determine the best next steps.
  • Identify and analyze pain points within financial institutions that can be solved by Verafin's solutions.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers to build strong, lasting professional relationships.
  • Develop and execute targeted nurture campaigns to capture future buying opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other SDRs to share strategies and meet SQL targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in prospecting and proactive cold calling.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Must be based in St. John's or Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the financial or software industry.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications.
