Location: Hybrid or Remote in Poland, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.
Salary: PLN 13,600 – PLN 16,000 gross monthly (for Poland-based roles).

What you will do
- Architect and scale a high-impact knowledge management framework for the Sales department.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the sales knowledge base, ensuring playbooks and market intelligence are accurate and discoverable.
- Enforce global content standards and style guides to maintain professional quality.
- Facilitate low-friction communication channels, including AI agent-based information discovery.
- Consult with Sales and Product leadership to identify and bridge critical knowledge gaps.
- Analyze content engagement metrics to prove ROI and refine the resource library.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, knowledge management, or internal communications in a B2B or tech environment.
- Expertise in designing scalable information architectures using taxonomies and metadata.
- Advanced proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and search optimization.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple high-priority workstreams.
- Familiarity with Google and Atlassian suites.
Nice to have
- Experience running a knowledge management service in a matrix organization.
- Experience structuring atomic content and metadata for LLMs or AI-powered search.
- Ability to interpret search-intent data to identify content gaps.
