What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify and disqualify prospects to ensure sales efforts are focused on high-value opportunities.
  • Achieve KPIs related to discovery calls booked and lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and feedback loops.
  • Manage customer relationships through value-added activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role (SDR, BDR, or inside sales).
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Fluency in English and experience in consultative selling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment with inbound leads.
  • Ability to travel to meet potential customers or visit offices.
