What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify and disqualify prospects to ensure sales efforts are focused on high-value opportunities.
- Achieve KPIs related to discovery calls booked and lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and feedback loops.
- Manage customer relationships through value-added activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role (SDR, BDR, or inside sales).
- Must be based in the UK.
- Fluency in English and experience in consultative selling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with inbound leads.
- Ability to travel to meet potential customers or visit offices.
