What you will do
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Lead the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle, from onboarding through growth and upsell.
- Translate customer needs into clear insights to drive product and operational improvements.
- Own and optimize key customer metrics, including NPS, retention, and NRR.
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to refine and scale the CS strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- 1–3 years in enterprise Account Management or Customer Success.
- Ability to manage complex, high-value relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
