What you will do

• Deliver structured onboarding for new ISCs covering hirify.global's products, pricing, tools, and merchant onboarding.
• Shadow ISCs in the field to observe their approach and provide practical, real-time feedback.
• Conduct structured 1:1s and follow-ups to maintain momentum and identify blockers early.
• Build connection and community within the new-joiner cohort to foster collaboration.
• Maintain operational discipline by logging activity and tracking progress in HubSpot.
• Provide field insights to help shape and improve the overall enablement programme.

Requirements

• Experience selling payment solutions or merchant services is essential.
• Field sales experience selling to independent SMBs.
• Experience in coaching and training is desired.
