TL;DR

IP Protections Project Manager (Security): Supporting the execution of intellectual property protection initiatives across service systems, AI platforms, and in-fab technologies with an accent on compliance and risk management. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the secure scale of service capabilities and timely delivery of POR commitments.

Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ; Chandler, AZ; or Ann Arbor, MI

Salary: $91,900 - $156,200 Annually

What you will do

  • Coordinate and support the execution of parallel IP protection initiatives across planning, development, validation, and rollout phases.
  • Lead project plans, track dependencies, and identify risks to ensure timely delivery against defined POR commitments.
  • Maintain critical project artifacts, including schedules, dashboards, status updates, and risk/issue logs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as IT, Legal, Service AI, and Central Engineering to align business and technical goals.
  • Standardize processes, documentation, and best-known methods (BKMs) to improve audit readiness and execution consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience, or a Master's degree.
  • Experience supporting IP protection, security, compliance, or enterprise governance initiatives.
  • Familiarity with service organizations, platforms, or system rollouts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Software Engineering, or AI teams.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, dashboards, and status reporting frameworks.
