What you will do

• Develop and operationalize M&A integration processes and playbooks.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and collaboration mechanisms for deal projects.
• Facilitate regular meeting hirify.globals to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Track and manage detailed integration plans and key milestones.
• Create and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into integration metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI and digital tools.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in project/program management, PMO, or operations.
• BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools and digitization.
• Interest in and proficiency with AI applications for business efficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or related project management certification.
• Experience with Tableau, SmartSheet, or Jira.
