What you will do

• Lead medium-sized cross-functional teams and projects throughout the entire development life cycle.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects ensuring they meet technical and quality standards.
• Manage key programmatic functions including Risk Management and Cost/Schedule management (EVMS, CAM).
• Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and return-to-green plans for suppliers.
• Interface with key customers and stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, plans, and project progress.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of related engineering experience.
• Expertise in project management techniques including EVMS and CAM.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams through project execution.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in implementing effective risk and opportunity management.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with systems engineering and integration.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
• Experience with CAD software and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
