Project Manager (Medtech)

Salary: Gross annual base salary from € 37,683.94 + variable compensation.

What you will do

• Create and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets for medium-sized projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leaders to define project sequencing and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional development teams and facilitate regular meetings to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor daily project activities, produce status reports, and conduct close-out evaluations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in developing and improving tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in complex Project Management across R&D, Operations, or Quality.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English is fundamental.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.
• Strong expertise in budget management, schedule development, and risk management.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry.
• Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Proficiency with design control standards.
