What you will do

• Lead initiation and planning of complex strategic projects, defining scope, objectives, and governance structures.
• Develop integrated project plans, manage schedules, resources, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, negotiations, contracts, vendors, and change orders.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, financial forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, solve problems, and escalate issues as needed.
• Mentor project teams, champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years progressive project management experience with complex, cross-functional projects.
• Expert in project management methodologies, leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira.
• Strong financial management, risk management, and vendor relationship experience.
• Bachelor's in relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.); Master's preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and travel up to 40%.
