What you will do

• Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex, strategic automation projects across the EMEA region.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with overall organisational strategy.
• Build integrated project plans and manage resource utilization across multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish trust-based relationships with customers and act as a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate and manage complex vendor and supplier contracts to ensure compliance and performance.
• Oversee detailed project budgets, track costs, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects with strategic impact.
• Ability to travel up to 80% annually to customer sites and meetings across EMEA.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Expertise in managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
