TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Milan (3/5 days in office)

Salary: €26,000 – €50,000 gross per year

What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate requests from GEMINI US and GEMINI MEIA/EU projects to the headquarters.
  • Prioritize and distribute tasks among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide operational support during critical migration phases and go-live periods.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure alignment across multiple regional projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting aligned with requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management within IT environments.
  • Proficiency with CounterSoft Gemini and SAP.
  • Experience coordinating multi-regional or global projects.
  • Academic degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • Must be based in Milan for a hybrid work setup (3/5 days).
