TL;DR
PMO (IT): Coordinating and managing requests from global projects (GEMINI US/MEIA/EU) to HQ with an accent on stakeholder management and task prioritization. Focus on supporting migration phases, ensuring alignment across international IT teams, and optimizing project management processes.
Location: Hybrid in Milan (3/5 days in office)
Salary: €26,000 – €50,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Manage and coordinate requests from GEMINI US and GEMINI MEIA/EU projects to the headquarters.
- Prioritize and distribute tasks among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide operational support during critical migration phases and go-live periods.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure alignment across multiple regional projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting aligned with requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in project management within IT environments.
- Proficiency with CounterSoft Gemini and SAP.
- Experience coordinating multi-regional or global projects.
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Must be based in Milan for a hybrid work setup (3/5 days).
