What you will do
- Lead and develop a national sales team of Sales and Clinical Education Specialists to achieve growth targets.
- Drive commercial outcomes including revenue, profit, and market share objectives aligned with corporate goals.
- Implement national sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and clinical teams to maximize product uptake.
- Engage surgeons and hospital networks to support adoption of ’s technologies and solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and seamless customer experience.
- Represent at major conferences and industry events to build relationships and enhance visibility.
Requirements
- Several years of sales and marketing experience in medical devices with proven leadership success.
- Deep understanding of technologies, solutions, and market trends in Australia and New Zealand.
- Full working rights in Australia/New Zealand, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and budgeting skills.
- Passion for coaching, developing others, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
