TL;DR

Sales & Customer Success Executive (SaaS/Health): Supporting revenue growth and customer retention across the health subscription portfolio with an accent on account management, tender preparation, and CRM data integrity. Focus on delivering virtual product demonstrations, managing contract renewals, and providing operational support to enterprise sales teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Macquarie Park, Australia (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Tier 3 accounts, including territory planning and renewal documentation.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Enterprise Sales, including tender preparation and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Deliver virtual product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Support lead generation activities and marketing campaign execution in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Contribute to Read & Publish contract administration and subscription data reporting.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, sales support, or account coordination.
  • Sound understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and forecasting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing professional documentation.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within an assigned portfolio.
  • Must be able to attend in-person interviews at a hirify.global office.
