Sales Coordinator (Endoscopy) (B2B Sales): Building and supporting the endoscopy pipeline and owning sales administration with an accent on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and CRM management. Focus on generating new business in new territories and coordinating complex quotes and tender submissions.
Location: Schedule 7AM to 3PM Brisbane time

What you will do
- Research and map new endoscopy sites and decision-makers to build target lists.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce the product range and book initial meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate standard and complex quotes and tender submissions with high attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Odoo, tracking opportunity stages and next actions.
- Manage the sales lead's calendar and schedule regular site visits.
- Organize online demonstrations and webinars to increase range awareness.
Requirements
- Genuine B2B sales or business development experience, including outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline suited for a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems, specifically Odoo or SimPRO.
- Background in healthcare, technical equipment, or the service industry.
