What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Eaton portfolio across commercial and industrial segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, resellers, and end customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Eaton on product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance to ensure delivery against revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including projects and emerging market segments.
- Support partner enablement through training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management within the electrical, industrial, or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of power management, electrical infrastructure, or critical power solutions like UPS systems.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through channel, distribution, or project-based sales environments.
- Experience managing key accounts and developing joint business plans.
- Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and demand planning.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning.
