What you will do

• Identify and prioritize potential partners aligned with strategic objectives and target markets.
• Develop and implement joint go-to-market and partner recruitment strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders and senior executives.
• Execute joint business plans and conduct performance reviews based on agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate with local and global sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner value propositions.
• Negotiate and manage partner agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development in tech or financial services.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
