What you will do
- Identify and prioritize potential partners aligned with strategic objectives and target markets.
- Develop and implement joint go-to-market and partner recruitment strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders and senior executives.
- Execute joint business plans and conduct performance reviews based on agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with local and global sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner value propositions.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development in tech or financial services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
